DONALD DZEBU

Donald Dzidedi Kodzo Dzebu is a seasoned finance and credit management executive with over two decades of progressive leadership experience in Ghana’s financial services sector. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer of SIFIN Ghana Ltd, he provides strategic direction, oversees daily operations, and ensures compliance with regulatory and institutional policies. His expertise spans credit risk management, delinquency control, loan portfolio growth, and organisational performance monitoring.

Donald is a Chartered Development Finance Analyst and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Credit Management (Ghana), with advanced academic credentials including a Commonwealth Executive MBA from KNUST. His career journey has seen him excel in senior roles such as Head of Credit & Recovery at Pan-African Savings and Loans, Head of Credit Risk & Operations at Forms Capital Limited, and Branch Manager at Midland Savings & Loans and Sinapi Aba Savings & Loans.

He is recognised for his ability to identify risks early, implement effective recovery strategies, and foster transparency and accountability across institutions. Beyond his technical expertise, Donald is passionate about organisational growth, stakeholder engagement, and building resilient financial systems that support trade and development.
