SIFIN operates within a strong regulatory and compliance framework. The Company is licensed by the Customs Division and is affiliated with the Association of Customs House Agents Ghana (ACHAG). To strengthen credit risk management, SIFIN utilizes credit reference bureau services, identity verification systems, and the Bank of Ghana Collateral Registry to support prudent lending decisions, secure transactions, and effective collateral administration.
