EMMANUEL NTIAMOAH

Qualification: Ntiamoah holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the University of Ghana and a qualifying Certificate of Law from the Ghana School of Law, Makola. he also holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English Language and Sociology from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science & Technology
Experience: Ntiamoah worked in different administrative roles in different institutions and then at Fugar & Company Limited from 2007 to 2009. His practice and experience in Corporate Banking spans nine (9) years. Banking institutions he worked for include UniBank Limited, UT bank Ghana Limited, Positions he held include Legal Officer, Head of Credit Admin. , Legal Services Manager, Head of Legal and Company Secretary.
His core duties included; working on credit documentation, drafting, and reviewing agreements, offering legal advice to management, offering support to External Solicitors, and performing Company Secretarial functions. From September 2017 to date, he has been Head, Legal & Company Secretary at Afram community Bank. His areas of expertise include corporate governance, negotiation and advisory services, contract review and drafting. Currently he is the head of operations
