DONALD DZIDEDI KODZO DZEBU

Mr. Dzebu holds a Commonwealth Executive MBA from Kwame
Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, a BSc in
Banking and Finance from Central University College, and an
HND in Statistics from Ho Polytechnic. He is a Fellow of the
Chartered Institute of Credit Management, Ghana, and a
Development Finance Analyst.
He has over 15 years of experience in microfinance, portfolio
management, credit analysis, value-chain financing, and
credit risk management. Donald has participated in numerous
training programs on microfinance and enterprise
development, gaining deep expertise in SME markets and
consumer behavior.
His career includes senior roles at Midland Savings and Loans
(Head of Credit, 2014–2016), Sinapi Aba Savings and Loans (12
years, rising to Branch Manager), and Forms Capital (Head of
Credit Risk & Operations, 2016–2025). He later served as Head
of Credit & Recovery at Pan-African Savings and Loans before
becoming the Chief Executive Officer of SIFIN Gh. Limited.
