Donald is an accomplished Development Finance Analyst and a seasoned professional in credit management, microfinance, and SME market operations. He holds a Commonwealth Executive MBA from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, a BSc in Banking and Finance from Central University College, and an HND in Statistics from Ho Polytechnic. He is also a distinguished Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Credit Management, Ghana.
With deep expertise in SME markets, Donald has a strong understanding of diverse consumer behaviors and business dynamics across various sectors. His professional experience spans Microfinance, Portfolio Management, Credit Analysis, Value-Chain Financing, and Credit Risk Management. Over the years, he has participated in numerous training programs and seminars in microfinance, equipping him with comprehensive knowledge in establishing, managing, and scaling microfinance and micro-enterprise development initiatives.
Donald’s career includes serving as Head of Credit at Midland Savings and Loans Ltd from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, he worked with Sinapi Aba Savings and Loans, where he contributed significantly to credit operations and financial inclusion efforts.
Recognized for his analytical depth, leadership skills, and commitment to responsible financing, Donald continues to excel as a strategic resource in the financial services sector.
He is currently the credit committee advisor/ investment advisor.
