SIFIN is wholly Ghanaian owned and was incorporated in 2014 under the Companies Code of 1963 (Act 179) now Companies Act, 2019 (Act 992) of Ghana, with license from the central Bank of Ghana to operate as a financial institution.<\/p>

    Our establishment is a member of the Money Lenders Association of Ghana is contracted to the XdS Data Credit Reference Bureau Ghana Limited to enable us check on clients\u2019 credit statuses. We also have access to National Identification Authority to confirm the authenticity of clients\u2019 identification. SIFIN subscriber to Bank of Ghana collateral security interest platform.<\/p>
